Personal Delivery & Setup

Within a 20km radius of Ingolstadt, we offer personal delivery with setup service. This option is only available in conjunction with our On-Site PC Service.

For customers outside our personal delivery area or without a need for on-site service, we offer nationwide shipping via DHL. All PCs are carefully protected with special materials.

What You Should Know About Our Delivery

Preparation for Transport

Every PC we ship is specially prepared for transport:

•Removal or securing of heavy components (e.g., large CPU coolers)
•Internal stabilization using special foam cushions
•Anti-static packaging for sensitive components
•Waterproof outer packaging for additional protection

After Receiving Your PC

When your PC arrives, please follow these steps:

•Check the packaging for external damage
•Open the packaging carefully and remove all transport safeguards
•Connect only the monitor, mouse, and keyboard initially
•For questions or problems, contact us immediately

If you notice any shipping damage, please document it immediately with photos and contact us within 24 hours.
