Terms of Service

1.1 The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between GAMAN Entertainment GbR (hereinafter referred to as 'GAMAN') and our customers.

1.2 These GTC apply exclusively. Deviating, conflicting, or supplementary GTC shall only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to their validity.

1.3 A consumer within the meaning of these GTC is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

2.1 GAMAN offers PC assembly, repair and maintenance services, as well as consulting services.

2.2 The exact scope of services is determined by the respective service description at the time of order.

2.3 Technical and design deviations from descriptions and information in brochures, catalogs and written documents as well as model, construction and material changes in the course of technical progress are reserved, without any rights against us being derived from this.

2.4 When using components provided by the customer, we do not assume any warranty for their functionality or compatibility.

3.1 All prices are in Euro including statutory VAT.

3.2 For custom builds and PC assemblies, a deposit of 70% of the total price is required.

3.3 The remaining balance is due upon completion and before delivery or pickup of the goods.

3.4 Payments can be made by bank transfer or, by prior arrangement, via PayPal.

4.1 Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.

4.2 Delivery times are agreed upon individually and may vary depending on component availability.

4.3 For personal delivery, the delivery zones and corresponding conditions stated on the website apply.

4.4 GAMAN bears the shipping risk if the customer is a consumer.

5.1 Statutory warranty rights apply.

5.2 We provide a 12-month warranty on PC assembly.

5.3 The warranty does not cover wear parts and damage caused by improper handling.

5.4 Warranty claims must be made directly to GAMAN.

5.5 Security seals are placed on certain components. Any hardware modification carried out by yourself will void the warranty, even if we have advised you on it.

5.6 If you want to maintain the warranty, we recommend submitting the computer to us for upgrades - then we will renew the seals and the warranty remains fully intact.

6.1 Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

6.2 The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of delivery.

6.3 The right of withdrawal is excluded for individually configured PCs, which will be separately pointed out before the conclusion of the contract.
